What this website collects and how we use it.

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, country, industry, the part of your operation you describe, your message, and any optional role or systems information. We use these details to review your enquiry and respond.
Submissions are saved in a restricted admin inbox. The site also attempts to email each submission to the contact mailbox configured by our admins through Resend. If that email fails, the submission remains in the inbox for review and retry.
The website stores your theme choice and analytics preference in your browser. Admin sign-in uses a session cookie needed to keep authorized users signed in. Optional Vercel Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Vercel Analytics is designed to provide aggregated traffic statistics without third-party analytics cookies.
You can change your analytics choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect the contact form or other public pages.
Hosting and database providers process information needed to run the website. Resend processes contact notification emails when email delivery is configured. Vercel processes optional analytics data when you allow analytics. We do not publish contact submissions on the public site.
Contact submissions remain in the admin inbox until an authorized admin removes them. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to those messages.
To ask about information you submitted, or request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@palasys.dev. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information before acting on it.
